3. Membership Duration:

The membership term for all levels, except VIP Membership, is one year, starting from the date of registration. VIP Membership offers lifetime access to all community benefits and features.

Membership approval is at the discretion of Golden Women Club, and we reserve the right to accept or decline membership applications without providing reasons.

Membership renewal is required annually for all levels, except VIP Membership, to maintain uninterrupted access to community benefits. Members will receive renewal reminders via email to ensure a seamless continuation of their membership.

7. Cancellation and Refunds:

We understand that circumstances may change, and members may wish to cancel their membership. However, please note that membership fees are non-refundable, except for the 30-day full refund period for Gold Membership. This means that once the membership fee is paid, it is non-transferable and non-refundable, except for specific scenarios mentioned below:

• New members who wish to cancel their Membership within 30 days of the initial subscription are eligible for a full refund of the annual subscription fee. No refunds will be issued for Membership cancellations after the initial 30-day period. One-time admission fee will remain non-refundable in all circumstances.

8. Code of Conduct:

At Golden Women Club, we foster a culture of respect, inclusivity, and support. We expect all members to adhere to our Code of Conduct while participating in community activities, discussions, and events. The Code of Conduct promotes:

Grounds for membership termination may include, but are not limited to, repeated violations of the Code of Conduct, harassment of other members, spreading false information, and engaging in illegal or unethical activities.

In such cases, the membership fee will not be refunded, and the terminated member will lose access to all community benefits and features.
