Membership Cancellation and Refund Policy:
a) Membership Cancellation:
Members can cancel their membership at any time by submitting a cancellation request in writing or via email to our support team. The cancellation will be effective from the date the request is received.
b) Refund for Gold Membership:
The one-time admission fee for Gold Membership is non-refundable. However, if a member cancels their Gold Membership within 30 days of the initial subscription, they are eligible for a full refund of the annual subscription fee. No refunds will be issued for Gold Membership cancellations after the initial 30-day period.
Events Cancellation and Refund Policy:
a) Event Cancellation by Golden Women Club:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control, Golden Women Club may cancel or reschedule an event. If an event is canceled, registered participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund of the event registration fee will be issued.
b) Participant Cancellation:
If a registered participant needs to cancel their attendance at an event, the following refund policy applies:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date: Full refund of the event registration fee.
- Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before the event date: 50% refund of the event registration fee.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date: No refund will be issued.
E-commerce Products Refund Policy:
a) Return and Refund Eligibility:
Customers who purchase products through the Golden Women Club’s e-commerce platform may be eligible for a refund or return based on the individual product’s policies.
b) Product Returns:
Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags. Once the return is approved, the customer may choose to receive a refund or exchange the product.
c) Refunds for Returned Products:
Refunds for returned products will be processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
E-learning Courses Refund Policy:
a) Course Cancellation by Golden Women Club:
If Golden Women Club cancels a scheduled e-learning course, registered participants will be informed, and a full refund of the course fee will be provided.
b) Participant Cancellation:
Participants who wish to cancel their enrollment in an e-learning course must do so at least 7 days before the course start date to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.
Other Scenarios:
For other scenarios not explicitly mentioned in this policy, refunds and cancellation terms will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We aim to provide fair and reasonable resolutions to our members and customers.
