Golden Women Club has developed a framework for action
that reveals three fundamental duties of a Woman, individually or collaboratively to advance women empowerment:
Empower by making decisions to advance women within their own operations. This includes developing gender-sensitive policies and guidelines, as well as developing effective programs related to recruitment and retention, procurement, product and services development, and corporate investments.
Enhance by supporting the company’s business ecosystem to make similar women empowerment commitments. This includes partnering with NGOs, community organizations, and business partners to Support women empowerment in global supply chains and working with suppliers to build their capacity on women empowerment and develop supportive workplaces.
Entertain by curating opportunities for women advancement. This includes engaging in research, advocacy, and communications campaigns, as well as industry collaborations.

We work with global leaders to develop a comprehensive overview of their performance on women empowerment, set priorities, and develop and execute a strategy that drives business success and women’s advancement, including through implementation of the Women’s Empowerment

Advisory Board: This Advisory board comprises of policy leaders, Mentors and Industry Experts from Various Sectors.
National Governing Board:
The role of a National Chair and board is to nominate State or Region Chairs in various states of that country. We recommend 30+ State/Region Chairpersons. Based on country context, these can be more or less. National chairs can directly discuss with their global chair for any modifications to the mandate and structure of the country/state/city chair, given uniqueness of country contexts – whatever works best. Strive to Provide global exchange and developing business connections and collaborations
Regional Leadership Committee: Coordinating for Northern, Southern, Eastern, Western regions across the nation.
State Managing Committee: There is one State Leadership Committee in each State/UT of the nation. The role of a State Chair and team is to set up city chapters across the state. We recommend 20+ District Convenors in a State.
District organising Committee: District Convenor and Team offer policy and practical suggestions to local administration and chapters at the entry/root level for enabling women towards Economical Empowerment. The role of a District Convenor and team is to set up chapters across the district. We recommend 5+ chapters in a district.
Chapter:
The role of a Chapter President and team is to have a chapter with a minimum of 20 group members along with Vice President, Secreatary and other designated positions.
President: This role is a key representative who can lead the club and act as a spokesperson.
Vice-President: This role is a supportive role that offers a back-up for the Leader.
Secretary: This role is responsible for internal communications: meeting minutes, drafting objectives, keeping track of goals for activities, dates for gatherings etc.
Communications Director: This role is responsible for external communications like sending out meeting reminders and invitations, etc.
Membership Manager : This role is responsible for maintaining member records and developing member recruitment strategies.
